Samoa offers it’s visitors a very special holiday experience. Fantastic Fishing, kilometres of white sand beaches, spectacular waterfalls, traditional villages, and a unique people and culture.

The beautiful island of Samoa is situated just across the International Dateline about half way between Australia and North samoa3.jpgAmerica. Samoa is the Heart of Polynesia and is one of the last bastions of Polynesian culture. Samoa has a population of around 160,000 people. The majority of whom still practise time honoured customs and the traditional way of life. There are two main islands, Upolo where the capital Apia is located and Savaii The BIG Island.

Samoa offers it’s visitors a very special holiday experience. Fantastic Fishing, kilometres of white sand beaches, spectacular waterfalls, traditional villages, and a unique people and culture. One of the great things about Samoa is that so much of the samoa3.jpgcountry (Ocean and Land) is untouched. Global Commercialisation has not made it’s mark on this Jewel of the Pacific. No large hotel chains and no theme parks. However there are some beautiful world class Golf Courses for those who like to chase the little white ball.

samoa5.jpgYou may arrive as a stranger, but all will leave as friends with a smile on their face that can last forever.
On the days when your not fishing, you should consider hiring a car and tour the islands. Troppo Fishing Adventures can organise this for you . This way you get to see the special places around the island at your own pace. If you have time, we can arrange a ferry pass for you and the car so you can go and explore Savii. We can also arrange accommodation in traditional fales on both islands, where you will personally experience Samoa’s wonderful culture and hospitality.

Of course the best thing about Samoa for us fisho’s is that it is situated smack bang in the middle of the Pacific Ocean samoa2.jpgsurrounded by waters rich in life virtually untouched by man and until now never having seen a big game or sports fishing vessel.
Don’t miss out. Drop us a line, jump on a plane and get over here. You’ll never regret it.
